Job Description :	Our client is seeking a Credit Manager who will evaluate and underwrite new leasing and financing opportunities originated by the Global Vendor Finance line of business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Must be fluent in English and German. An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting is required, an MBA preferred or equivalent working experience. Must be an experienced credit professional who is experienced in supporting the vendor finance business. Will be responsible for underwriting, credit structuring and credit monitoring of facilities. Responsible for the timely preparation of periodic program status reviews and annual program renewals. The Individual will be responsible for the evaluation, review and written analysis of all factors that affect an entity?s ability to repay and/or service their obligations on time. The complexity of the entities and related transactions requiring analysis can vary over a wide spectrum. The individual will use his/her skill set to assess the appropriateness of existing solutions and to propose optimal financing alternatives or additional financing solutions. PERSON SPECIFICATION: 5 to 7 years? experience in the leasing industry, in a credit underwriting and structuring role within vendor finance. Excellent presentation, structuring, and financial statement analysis skills. Proven ability to analyse, interpret and negotiate third party documentation. Must be able to identify trends and emerging risks in underwriting and client selection. Portfolio Management Responsibilities ? Prepare annual reviews, proactively monitor and service a portfolio of accounts on a frequent basis. Problem solving/Risk Mitigation. Attention to detail with clear and articulate oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills. Strong organizational skills. Has to be a team player. Results oriented, is able to accomplish objectives in a specified timeframe. European language skills will be an advantage. Travel as required.
